I have someone that recently got a diffuser and still within the 90 days it totally quit working so doterra told her to send it back so they could fix it but that was a month ago so she asked me to check into it. Sounds like there are lots of returns at the wareshouse and that they are kind of behind due to all the growth etc. Makes me wonder how many other diffusers are not working.
