Awesome Carly - please keep us updated as you learn more about the oils and what works for you, I know it's all a learning process and we are all learning together so thank you so much for sharing - this will give so many great hope!
Test for lemon in your water - I would be very interested to see how much lemon daily you test for. Lemon in your water provides a very gentle but very important cleansing. Let me know!

I have to be perfectly honest in letting you know that I know the oils are absolutely powerful and as I learn more, I will be able to use them more to benefit myself and others in my circle who need them. I also have to add Tourette Syndrome to my wonderful list of trials.

I wasn't ready to get off the meds until I found doTerra oils. I was still taking 150mg of Trazadone and 2mg of Clonazepam(for the TS). I started out using what I tested for...3 drops Frankincense under the tongue 3x daily. Melissa for sleep and nerves. GX and PB assist. Peppermint (under the nose). Slim and Sassy on my belly after bath. Serenity under nose and on heart at bedtime. Frankincense on heart and under nose at bed time. These were just things I tested for, and I'm sure it will be different for every individual. Other oils I have since started using, tho' not in any regular format: ylang ylang, balance, elevation, and terra shield. I will soon be starting the LLV, b/c Pat told me that really helps with the TS. I still take the Bee Pollen and drink my green smoothies every day...and plan to keep this up because, well, because it works for me! (I have to mention that I have also lost @60 pounds since starting this regimen....that helps the mood!)

My plan is to continue to learn as much as I can about using EOs so I can continue to grow and become better and hopefully help my family and friends to do the same. Forgive the incongruence of this message...it's been a long, tho' wonderful day of Thanksgiving.

I've had bipolar/depression/pms since puberty (maybe before)...suicidal every month until my hysterectomy in '99. Still pretty bad bouts of depression/mania until I started the bee pollen 2 years ago. Now, having found doTerra oils, I can say my life has truly begun at age 53! Life is good. He has given us all the gifts and tools we need to fend off all the trash in our lives...such a blessing to find them and be able to use them!
