It is a major contributor to thryoid disorders as well.  You can use Tissue Salts to balance/detoxify fluoride in the body. Mine are all packed away since I'm moving but it is either #1, 2 or 3.  All three together will create healthy teeth and bones.  Not an oil answer but a cheap and easy thing to get kids to do.  You can get them in the health food store.  Kids like tissue salts since they taste sweet so it's a no-battle solution.
