Thanks for posting this. Allergies can affect any organ including the brain. It is very difficult for me to get people to believe this! Even bedwetting can be an allergy issue. Everyone has their weak spot! Sounds like you're on the right track!

Little by little I am sorting out my health issues. I have discovered that my anxiety is related to my food allergies! And, if I eliminate the foods I am sensitive to I don't have the anxiety, and I don't have to take Ativan to fall asleep!I was diagnosed with several food allergies over 20 years ago, but I could never identify any specific symptoms. Since I have been using doTERRA and done some detoxing, I can tell that the symptoms I had identified are caused by the food allergies. The symptoms are really strong too. I always feel better in the morning after my body has digested my food. As the day progresses (and I eat) I feel worse and worse. I am working on an elimination diet to identify which foods are affecting me.Could this increased sensitivity to my allergy foods be a result of the cleansing I have been doing? As I continue to cleanse and eat healthy could I then possibly tolerate eating these foods to which I am allergic? Or in other words, could this "cure" my allergies?--
