The symptoms range from mild flulike symptoms to multisystem organ failure. Needless to say my girls will be getting capsules of OnGuard and Oregano when I get home today. It's funny because the school website doesn't say what happened just that we would get more information later, I had to dig to find out what happened. The school is in Gilbert AZ
