I have very sensitive teeth and some days my teeth will just ache all
day. On Guard has worked wonders for me. I put a drop on my
toothbrush or fingers and brush my teeth once a day. If I have one
area or tooth that is giving me a lot of trouble, I take the onguard
and brush that one area, making sure to get the gums too. I mix a
couple drops in a spray bottle with water and spritz in my mouth
during the day- spritz extra in mouth and swish around to get all
spots.
This has helped me so much and now my teeth don't ache like they used
