Re: [Everything doTERRA] skin wound infection

I would go with the Purify. I doesn't matter if it is scabbed over, the oils will go
where they need to go.

I have a very curious 14 month old, who decided to put his hand under
the vaccuum while I had it turned on.  The spinning brush took off a
lot of skin off the tops of his knuckles/hand. I immediately washed it
and layered melaleuca and geranium.  I have repeated this over the
last day and a half and it is now has a thin scab but the skin around
the wounds is very red and puffy.  I'm looking for suggestions to keep
it free of infection, and to just continue promoting healing. I
thought of using purify, but I didn't know if it would be helpful
since it has already scabbed over?  Is there something I should be
doing internally, or just continue using oils topically? I really
don't want to end up putting him on an antibiotic.  Thank you for your
ideas!
