get the 'tear-sheets'.  They basically go through the 'basics' of a class,
and you can have people follow along as you go through them.  There are some
wonderful tools at AromaTools as well - a new video by Laura Holbrook is
wonderful, as well as the Family Physician Class Kit ($30) that includes 10
- 5ml bottles of Wild Orange, Invitations, and an Intro Kit to give away if
you desire.
Most importantly - KEEP IT SIMPLE!  Don't try to overload everyone with
information.  Another thing that I have found to be helpful is to use the
Modern Essential Book  - and have them throw out issues they want answers to
- then look them up in the book.  That is really helpful as well.  They will
