I live in Stirling, 20 min south of Lethbridge (I'm sure you know where it is!).
Duty is taken care of in the shipping costs and it depends on how much you spend as to how much the shipping is. I think it starts around $12.50 then goes up a couple $$ per 100 I believe. I don't know what the top cost is. I receive my orders via Canada mail in our village.
