pelvic area as soon as possible. I would make it a protocol for as long as you
need to. I am not talking a lot of oil just a drop of each applied on the affected
area. If you want to add a little FCO to make is spread better, that would be
good.

happens, sometime between weeks 20-30, the ligaments that connect the
two halves of the pelvis in the very front soften and stretch more
than they should and it gets to be rather painful and inflamed. And
then I'd have to be extremely careful about how I moved my body.
So...I'm hoping to avoid this problem all together with the help of
the oils, but if not, I'd like to know what will help. Any
suggestions of what to use??? Thanks.
