[Everything doTERRA] Help!! diagnosed with bells palsy

I have a friend who is really struggling. She thought she had
something else but it turns out she was diagnosed with bells palsy.
She is numb from up into her scalp, all the way down her left side of
her face, inside her left side of the mouth, roof of her mouth. She
has no drooping of features, just slight when she talks but numbness
all over the left side of her face. Her doctor said it was viral in
nature, and put her on echinacea. She read in the doterra magazine
about Lil Sheppard using Frankincense and LLW for her numbness. Any
thoughts and help would be appreciated.
