Becca,
To solve astma issues you really need to know what their cause is. Breathe
& lime can help with the breathing but they don't address the underlying
issues.
In our house we have exercise induced asthma which is triggered by 2 things:

allergies and food. To address the allergy issue we use GX assist once
daily for 20 days each month with a 10 day break at the end of the month &
restart again the next month. We do this year round. For the food, we know

the triggers are sugar & pasturized dairy products. So we keep sugar to a
minimum and don't eat any white carbs (turn to sugar in your body) like
white bread, white rice, cereal, crackers, chips etc. We eat only whole
grain carbs & not very many of those. We have switched to raw dairy
products. Another alternative would be to use goat milk & cheeses instead
of cow milk products. The goat products are much less mucus forming which
tends to be a problem for asthma.
Just for your info many astma suffers benefit when they get off pasturized
dairy products especially milk & ice cream.
Regarding the oils we also use balance on the bottom of the feet morning &
night because it allows the red blood cells to pick up & carry more oxygen.
Frankincense & sandalwood are oxygenating oils so we use 4 drops
frankincense in the morning & 4 drops sandalwood at night.
Asthma can also be triggered by stress. Bergamot on the bottom of the feet
reduces stress.
We've used all of the above with much success and can pretty much keep the
astma attacks to 0 now.

Lisa
