I simply use the oils in sequence up my spine with my hands.  I put them on the bottom of the spine and work them to the top, and make sure they are on the big toe of each foot.  It doesn't matter when you are applying so much the technique for yourself....just put them on and breathe them in.  ps... learn the ATT and become an expert at it...then train your leaders, family or friend and then trade with them at least once a month.   That's how we do it here in our neck of the woods.    Julie Ann

Just read your post and want to tell you that I was loosing critical bone mass in my right hip due to an injury and after talking to Emily Wright about it ...she told me to double up on the CRS which I did .6 caps daily, and taking the MJ Assist, all the while doing the ATT oils on myself every single day I now have NO PAIN period in that hip.  doTERRA simply works.   Hope that helps,   Julie Ann
