My friend just dropped it in his mouth and swallowed it, I would imagine it
would be individual taste. I also have friends who drink Oregano straight.
 
Whatever works for them.

Either one works, my friend who stopped smoking after about 30 years had
better results from the cinnamon. I would suggest starting with the clove and
if it doesn't curb the craving enough trying the cinnamon.
