I'm so sorry, I was in such a hurry to answer you. I mentioned Balance and it
is a happy oil as is Elevation, Serenity, Patchouli, Melissa.
We have names for our oils, these are happy oils, we have oils on steroids,
(Frankincense, Melissa, Helichrysum, Myrrh) we have runny nose oils and burp
oils. And I am sure you do not want to know what my grandchildren call all the
oils I am just trying to make you happy.
Use the Frankincense under your tongue every couple of hours. If you do not
muscle test then just use the oil that feels good to you. If it doesn't work the way
you want it to then change to another oil.
Be consistent and aggresive.
And watch happy movies on tv that make you laugh. You will be amazed how
much better you feel if you can laugh.
