When I shower I cup my hands a place one drop of melaleuca in my cuped hand and wash my private area all you need is one drop . I do this twice in the shower everytime Ii shower. I was desparate because like every three months I was getting a yeast infection or bacterial infection. My Gyn explained because of some women chemical makeup makes them more prone to yeast infection. I also stop using a wash cloth because even if you wash and rinse them out they hold bacteria unless you dry them in the dryer or sun. It's been months and no infections am very happy. Try this book I learned a lot from it first aid Handbook, 101 plus ways to use tea tree oil. One drop twice while washing worked for me you can experimental with dosage to see what works for you.
