She is in Pleasant Grove, Utah. She does over the phone appointments
also, but I think for the 1st visit they strongly recommend actually
going in. I'm not sure if she will be able to personally see them but
there is Daniel and I think a Melody/Michelle? that also work there.
Daniel is who we are seeing the next time we go in, he was there on
our first appointment and we really liked him. I'll email you the
info.
