This sounds familiar.  I had that same question a few months ago.  If you go to "Filters" and click on customers and preferred customers and then click on whatever that button says - "view organization" or something like that - your customers and preferred customers will show up.  It will NOT save that as a default view, unfortunately, so every time you get in there you have to go in and do that again...  Congratulations on the increase in volume and new customers!!

Sorry for sounding silly here.....Sept was the first month I actually
sold something to a customer. I joined as an IPC a few months bacl so
I could use the EO's in my natural skin care line and for myself in
general. I just started to really focus on selling the oils themselves
and can tell in my virtual office that my PV has gone up by more than
my orders in Sept and October but I cannot tell who the purchase came
from and what the purchased. What exact steps do I take to locate this
information?
