I don't know about oils but I have heard that cayenne pepper at the first sign of heart attack will stop it but I don't have personal experience.

The common protocol for someone that is experiencing symptoms of a
heart attack is to take two aspirin, call 911, call someone close by,
and sit (don't lie down) and wait for help to arrive. Has anyone
heard of oils that should (could) be used during this scenario?
