First of all you may not have started your oil regiment in time to get in front of
this bug you have. The worst thing you could do is stop! You need to stay
aggressive and if you are getting no relief adjust your protocol.
Capsule with Oregano, Melalueca, Thyme and Wild Orange. A throat rub with
Rosemary, Patchouli Frankincense and Breathe. On the first day take the capsule
once every 2 hours contine all day, the next day repeat, then 2x a day until relief.
Breathe it, bathe in it, rub it on, drink it up. CONSISTENT AND AGGRESSIVE.
Yes the oils are powerful but they do not heal, the oils allow your body to heal
itself and the natural way takes time.
AFTER STAYING ON THIS PROTOCOL FOR FIVE DAYS TAKE A 24 HOUR
RESPITE. DRINK A LOT OF WATER ON THIS SIXTH DAY AND FLUSH THOSE
TOXINS OUT.

Okay, I've been searching and searching and there are SO many ideas of
how to help clear up the nasty colds/coughs going around. I've been
sick for a week now and over that time my throat and ears have swollen
due to the severe, barking cough that I have. I haven't slept a good

but got discouraged after a day or two because nothing was working and
I was wondering if there's a specific schedule/way to do these things.
