question ... i was told to wear my dentures 24/7 so what about leaving them out .?...i only take the bottoms out when i eat ... (I know this sound funny..but it is either that or make sure i use extra glue 5 min before..makes going out to eat a real experience)
i did not know that oil pulling would do any good without teeth... so that is good to know, will olive oil or our FCO work? how was the geranium used ? just rubbed on? i do notice temp. relief when i use on guard... but as soon as it is gone the pain is back..
i am going in to have adjustments but the dentist who made them for me is about 6 hr. away..(i had them done while at my daughter's( i am glad i didn't go to Mexico, like some people told me to..).but i am calling the dentist in in town in the AM a month with cankers is WAY to long.... I was just thinking that it might be something that i had to fight from the inside.....so now i am relied. On the good side i have droped over 30 lbs YEA!!! well with the help of slim & sassy
