[Everything doTERRA] Re: severe depression

I am fairly new to the whole essential oils thing, but I started it
because I needed to do something about my depression. I started with
Wild Orange and Cinnamon, a really Christmassy blend, but I found it
helped. Whenever I knew I was going into a stressful situation or one
which would trigger my depression or anxiety, I wore it like perfume.
I also used them together at least once a day. In addition, I found
that balance applied to my feet each night was helpful. (though that
may not be the most effective time or application location, as I said,
I'm new to this too.) In short, I was trying to listen to my body and
my spirit to learn what would be the most effective. It's a tough
thing, and the effects of the antidepressants can take a very long
time to work through the body (speaking from my own experience.) All
my best to you and them.
