asthma, respiratory, etc.) I would try Melissa 1-2 drops under tongue
1x day , LLV, breathe, Lavendar, and/or balance.
I have a long history of respiratory problems due to asthma. I have
found using Lavendar in the air helps. It took about two to four weeks
before I even realized I hadn't used my inhaler since using the
Lavendar and drinking lemon water. I haven't used Breathe yet, but my
sister has for her baby and he does so much better.
I really like balance because from my experience it has helped aid
other oils in treating an ailment because it knows that my body is out
of order and it helps bring it back to balance.
Do these friends remember when the coughing started and what may have
caused it? Knowing this may help narrow the choices down and give them
a more positive experience with the oils. They may need to think back
quite a bit before remembering.
