I am also estrogen dominant and I use natural progesterone creme to
balance the problem. I have also seen great success with other people
using it as well. I have never used oils for this issue, but I have no
doubt they would work! For the progesterone creme, just use about 1/8
to 1/4 teaspoon rubbed on your tummy daily or if you can muscle -test
the amount that would be ideal.
