Finally Bob Raymond sent me his check for Convention ticket he got
from me. Thank you, Bob, and sorry for getting it public.
Apparently, the company that handled DoTerra Convention tickets this
year didn't make clear rules about.transferring or cancellation of
tickets. Hopefully for next convention they eliminate this mess. If
registering for next convention, please make sure they have written
transferring/cancellation policy available.
