Kendra, I am not discouraging anyone from doing so.  I was pretty disappointed myself.  I just know that the doTERRA policy manual says you can't until that point.  So, I'm just obeying the rules set up by corporate, that's all.  No discouragement intended.

I would hate to discourage others from building an informational website, if they are not yet silver.   I have always been under the impression that "anybody" could start an informational website.  I don't think that anyone can stop you from doing so.
