Hi Becca, For bone on bone I would suggest she use Deep Blue for the pain, Lemongrass, and Helichrysum for regenerating. I would put these three oils in a roller bottle and put them on the knee area as often as possible during the day. In the evening when you are settling down you need to put the blend on your knee area and cover it with a hot moist towel, leave towel on until it cools off. It is going to take a while (3-6 months), she will have success if she will be aggressive and consistent. Thanks,
