Re: [Everything doTERRA] Hay Fever

If you go do everythingdoterra.me there is a number of procedures and suggestions for hay fever.  Also, when hay fever starts effecting your sinuses bad, I have found success using a neti pot.  If you've never used one there are helps all over the internet, even demonstrations on you tube.  I use 1/2 - 1 tsp of sea salt (no iodine) per cup of water and 1-2 drops of essential oil... lemon, eucalyptus, breathe, peppermint are all great ones. Blend the mixture in a blender for 60 seconds if possible, It will help the oils dissipate better.  Have the water as warm as you can stand, and make sure the salt is fully dissolved.  I repeat every hour till I find relief.

I have a client who suffers with severe hay fever (congestion of
sinuses, difficulty breathing, sleeping, itchy or watery eyes

blend to treat that problem yourself?  What kind of advice could I
give to my client?
