Re: [Everything doTERRA] Bali Belly

Hi, what about lemon.  If I were going to another country as you explained, I would do the things that the others wrote along with a few drops of lemon in my waterLemon is known as a powerful aromatic, topical, and internal cleanser that can be used to complement many other oils. Good luck to him!

Anyone who has travelled to the Indonesian island of Bali will be
familiar with the term "Bali Belly".  It is severe gastro apparently
caused by drinking infected water - even fron the tap when cleaning
teeth.  A friend of mine is travelling there soon and is greatly
concerned about what to do if she becomes ill.  Apart from avoiding
drinking water other than bottled, I would suggest she have the On
Guard with her and was thinking that maybe the Digestzen for nausea
might be helpful too.
Your comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

  1. If you plan to go somewhere you should always be weary of the food and drinks that you will have there because its not easy to have bali belly in your trip. Its no fun at all. Trust me... because i experienced it already and its really not one of the best memory that i am fond of in my trips.
