is definitely an excellent start. Over the past few years in dealing
with mental illness in our family, I am drawing the conclusion that
removing all toxins in any form (physical, food, mental, etc.) always
help the healing.
In addition to the LLW, GX and PB assist, doing a heavy metal detox
within your body will definitely help. (A heavy metal buildup is
what
some holistic doctors believe can contribute to mental illness).
Dr. Susan Lawton offered this advice for chelating (whisking away)
HEAVY METALS. :
Put these drops in a roller bottle and apply to Eustacian Tubes and
neck in downward motion:
- Frankincense (4 drops) breaks down alien matter, and helps body
remember to be whole/perfect
- Helicrysum (5 drops) facilitators for fluid balance
- Cypress (3 drops) Clears it all away
- Lavender (3 drops) soother
As a word of caution:
Start with one thing at a time (GX, PB Assist, LLW, detoxing, more
whole foods, etc) so the body has time to adjust. Then gradually add
in to the regiment another avenue of healing.
As with all things in life, it just takes time. Be patient, and be
CONSISTENT.
My heart and prayers are also with anyone struggling with mental
issues.
