[Everything doTERRA] Which Oils are best for repairing cartilage?

I have a friend with deteriorating cartilage in her shoulder. She has
been using Deep Blue on it, but I didn't know if helichrysum or birch
would be better for helping it regenerate. Does anyone have any
experience with this?
