still not balanced. The oils I use to help are Balance, Whisper and
Frankincense along doing AroamTouch on stressed women which I am sure
also helps.
Holistically I would recommend the advise in Dr Hill's Hormonal talk.
I need to re listen and take more notes. Lots of great info. Plus I
use a good quality Natural Progesterone Cream. Failing that I have
friends who have had much success with Acupuncture. Diet and Thyroid
play big part. She sounds like she is on the right track starting on
the LLW I would suggest the GX and PX program as well. Get her to do
a saliva test to see where her Progesterone level is at. I bet is is
super low. Which means her estrogen will be high. If she is having Hot
Flashes she is probably having other symptoms as well. From anxiety,
bloating, mood swings, depression , sugar cravings.
All covered in Dr Hill's talk. It also depends on where she is up to.
Peri -menopause / Post menopause. I do hope she can find some relief.
Dr John Lees books and Dr Christiane Northrup as well as Dr Sherrill
Sellman books have loads of info on diet and other questions she may
want answers to.
