It is my understanding that the business cards are ordered through a 3rd party, not doTERRA directly. If you have not yet received them, I would suggest contacting the company you purchased them from directly. For future reference, I have personally had excellent results from http://VistaPrint.com. They do not have doTERRA-specific cards, you'd have to design your own, but the service is fast (if you want it to be), and the prices are quite reasonable.

I had NO IDEA that you were still experiencing problems. I've been away from my computer recently, while helping a friend move, and was shocked to see your post on here regarding ongoing issues... I believed they'd all been resolved at this point! I have sent a letter directly to Emily Wright regarding your situation, and am hopeful that she will take care of things for you right away.
