Re: [Everything doTERRA] YL Comparisons

I'm not one who particularly knows both company's oils well.  I don't know all of the technical stuff and "science" behind everything.  But I will tell you this.  Before trying doTerra, I used YL oils for awhile.  When I started back into EO's and started using doTerra, I pulled out a couple of my old bottles of YL oils.  I had melaluca and lavendar.  They were probably 2-3 years old.  And let me tell you - they SMELLED!  And not in a good way!  They really smelled like they had expired!!  When I got my new melaluca and lavendar from doTerra, it was AMAZING!  I couldn't believe how much the YL oils "reeked" in comparison!!  This may not be the info you're looking for, but it's just a testimonial of the difference in "shelf life" between YL and doTerra oils.

I have an inquiry from someone who knows people involved with YL oils.
She has asked me to educate her on the differences between YL and
doTerra oils. I have only experienced one YL oil, so I don't have much
to tell her. I know there are LOTS of people on here who know both
companies' oils well, so would love some help in framing my reply to
her. Thanks so much!
