Re: [Everything doTERRA] gall bladder

Denise is right on target....Digest Zen and Peppermint both are lifesavers for digestive upsets.  Also the PB Assist would be a good thing to do during the month.  It restores the friendly bacteria and helps pH your digestive track.    Julie Ann

Maree,

I'll address the gall bladder issue.

Many people have what is known as dumping action after gall bladder removal. For me it happens when I don't eat on schedule or fast. Digest zen and peppermint, topically, helps with the cramps. I alternate with digest zen and peppermint.

Everyone is different, but many people find they also have dumping action when they eat specific things. For example, salads that are washed in industrial salad cleaner, known as "Salad Saver." It is used to make the vegetables last longer without wilting. It gets me every time.

Thanks,

Denise

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] directions?

Hi:}

Can anyone out there give me some treatment direction?

1. For someone whose had their gall bladder removed: "Shortly after I eat after having fasted, I always have major cramps and diarrhea.  It hits within about 20 minutes like clockwork.  I'm pretty sure it overwhelms my system after not having anything in my stomach for 24 hours."

2. Treating residual side effects from chemotherapy:  "She is in constant excruciating pain that nothing seems to help.  She has been hurting all over her body but now it's centralized in her back.  No pain meds help."

I HAVE MY THOUGHTS, BUT LET'S SEE WHAT YA'LL EXPERTS SAY:}

thanks so much...

on the side note-we had an amazing 'spa night' last night from ya'lls suggestions and recipes for bath salts and it was AWESOME!!! a great way to present and introduce the oils...The hostess was AMAZING in all her preparations and made little mini spa treatments to take home with bath salts and the oils and a loofa:} and she also made sugar cookies with lemon frosting and wild orange frosting and peppermint brownies and peppermint trail mix... really good.. we soaked feet in peppermint & lavendar and diffused the citrus bliss... It was great! we had a dozen of us there and from the event signed up three and booked another 'spa night' party...and 2 really interested!  thanks for all the information and ideas... love them and keep them coming! This information ROCKS!!! :}

let me know about the above questions?! :}

thanks ya'll...
