Yes!!! so good to use in cooking... I have an amazing recipe for a lemon tuscany cake with a wild orange frosting:} yummy... taken it to a few parties and events... also make a cinnamon popcorn treat with the cinnamon or cassia and also a great peppermint brownies...
I usually have to add 6-10 drops of each lemon and wild orange for the cake... but taste to be sure.... and then just a few drops of cinnamon-so strong:} love it! and then 4 or so drops of pepppermint for the brownies... just varies and depends on your taste of the flavoring... (Gina always adds more on me, when I am not looking) :}
 
I think cooking with the oils is amazing and adds such a flavor that is so much more distinct than the any other way!!!
