Re: [Everything doTERRA] Hidradenitis Suppurativa I can't find help!

Hidradenitis is a chronic disease of the apocrine glands (a form of sweat gland found on certain parts of the body). For unknown reasons, people with hidradenitis develop plugging or clogging of their apocrine glands. It causes chronic scarring and pus formation of the underarms (axilla) and groin/inner thigh areas. In women it can also occur under the breasts. It is similar to acne, which is also a disease of the sebaceous glands. Hidradenitis is more common in people who have had acne. It may be an unusual type of adult acne.

This condition is slightly more common in women and African-Americans. Hidradenitis usually starts as one or more red, tender, swellings in the groin or armpits. Over a period of hours to days the lesions enlarge and often open to the skin surface draining clear to yellow fluid. The involved area then heals with scarring. The condition usually continues for years with periods of flare and remission.

Bacterial infection produces the pain and odor. Hidradenitis is made worse by being overweight, however this condition is not caused by obesity and weight loss will improve but not cure hidradenitis. Hidradenitis may become worse under stress. Hidradenitis is not caused by poor hygiene.

Now that we all know what hidradenitis is we can deal with it. If she is willing to be aggressive in her treatment I would suggest this protocol:

  • Start with OnGuard soap, for cleaning the affected area, this will eliminate smell, and since the affected area is bacteria related it will help.
  • Start the GX Assist for ten days followed by the PB Assist, 10 days after completing this, repeat it, 10 days after the second session repeat one more time.
  • Start the LLW with half dosage to begin with for one week and then full dosage. Take the LLW separate from the GX & PB assist. Make sure she eats when taking the LLW.
  • I also suggest Lavender and Purify in a glass bottle with a spray applicator to spray on the affected areas throughout the day.
As she starts this protocol she will regain energy and have control of her life and her body. It will cost her about $150.00 per month. This is a suggestion only, I do not intend to prescribe nor do I have any medical training. This is a suggestion only.

Thanks,
Pat

I do not know where else to turn and I cannot waste any more time! My
cousin is 28 and suffering from Hidradenitis Suppurativa. Only 1 to 2
% of doctors even know what this is. It is a severe case of acne
usually found in overweight people, where the pores get clogged and
infected. The infection tunnels through the flesh leaving tracks
inside and it never stops spreading, there is no known cure for this
disease. It started a year and a half ago in her armpit and it has
never gone away. She is in excruciating pain everyday all day, she
never leaves her couch. She has an 18 month old that she can barely
take care of. Just recently it has spread to her chest and I honestly
don't think she will beat this on her own, or with the doctors she is
currently seeing. I keep thinking cleanse, LLW, Frankincense, oregano,
melaleuca, but I don't know what to do or if this will even help.
She has looked for other doctors but it is near impossible considering
the small amount that have even heard of it. She is in a support group
and even they don't have great answers!
In need of hope,
Emily
