DoTerra's EO mega has 1000 mg of Fish oil concentrate and 1000 mg of Land Omega blend. I don't
care what someone has in a health food store or who thinks theirs is better. doTerra's EO Mega is
the best on the market and even if they don't agree with the writing on the bottle all you have to do
is take it and you will know.
WoW, I came off a little strong, sorry, I don't mean to offend but I am pretty passionate about our
products.

My sister's husband works for a vitamin store and claims that our eo
mega does not contain enough EPA or DHA fish oils. Online, another
source claims you need at least 650 mg total of these forms daily and
ours adds up to 300 mg. Can anyone explain why ours appears to be
low? Is that information about needing much more even accurate?
