[Everything doTERRA] enough fish oil

My sister's husband works for a vitamin store and claims that our eo
mega does not contain enough EPA or DHA fish oils. Online, another
source claims you need at least 650 mg total of these forms daily and
ours adds up to 300 mg. Can anyone explain why ours appears to be
low? Is that information about needing much more even accurate?
