[Everything doTERRA] Re: Why most of DoTerra oils are safe neat?

I was with a company who claimed 100% pure theraeutic grade. But we
were taught only lavender and Tea Tree could be used undiluted. We had
company fact sheets that gave lists of cautions for using oils and
contraindications when you would not use some oils. ie Epilepsy, High
Blood pressure, Pregnacy.
It is such a delight to have these to use undiluted. I don't use a
carrier during AromaTouch technique. Except one drop when I do the
feet. I think that will not be needed in the winter months. But we
have summer and I am finding very dry feet need a wee bit extra
pampering.
Thank you Pat for your repley. That was my guess. I can now forget my
past brainwashing that the old oils I used were apparently so pure
and so powerful they could not be used neat. Thank you for your time
