It will be interesting to know how this works for your friend, but I am wondering if it is partly because of 'environment' issues. I live in Idaho - and it is SO dry up here - I actually feel like I need MORE moisturizer. I have actually had fantastic results with the skin-care system, and so has my 14-year old daughter. She was using another very expensive product (initials P A) and it wasn't until she started using my doTERRA did her face actually clear up! (and yes, she is getting her own for Christmas so she'll stop using all mine :-)
There could be a variety of factors, how much is she using, (I only have to use one small pump of each); is she in a humid environment; what activities is she doing, etc. These could all be a factor. Also, by using the scrub too much, it can stimulate the oil glands and they will produce more oils to make up for striping the skin of it's natural oils.
Just a few thoughts - hopefully your friend is able to find something that works for her!

We..and I'm trying, and I'm trying it too, different combinations of the 4 steps to find a solution. Any suggestions out there for my friend? Thanks for all your help. I love the system myself and have noticed, I have very little visible lines left...LOL. My husband says I look 10-15 yrs younger! Prom night anyone???
