We have had smashing success with just putting it on the bottom of the big toe 1 drop each foot, and down the other toes.  Totally turned someone around with just applying it that way.   Also the other suggestions are great that you pointed out.   Happy New Year!!   Julie Ann

I just searched the archives to see if anyone has responded to how to apply coriander for type II diabetes.  I have a young woman in her 20s who wants to know how to apply the coriander.  How often, how many drops, etc.?  I would recommend applying it directly over the pancreas and reflex points.  What about taking it internally?  It says to use coriander sparingly too.  Any thoughts?
