Also, if you can get yourself a back to life machine, go for it. I used it and it got my discs back into place, besides also using all the oils mentioned here plus lavender, helicrysm, and Aroma Touch and Birch. I alternated the oils and used three at a time. I have degenerative discs in my lower back, I really think I have stopped the process, I have a lot less pain and more mobility.

I use a blend of:

• Deep Blue, Cypress, Wintergreen, Peppermint, Marjoram and Frankincense;
• The drops in order are 15,15,15,15,10

Now that roman chamomile is out I would add that also.
