We kept the oils separate from the bath salts because we're putting them in plastic bags. If we had nice glass containers we would premix them, but we wanted to keep the cost down. Yes, this would be considered a one-time use, unless you're like me and don't have any big soaker tubs, just little tubs :) Then you might be able to use it two times. And yes, you just add the salts and oil to the water. --
