Thank you Pat! Can you post this information on Facebook so it can easily be shared there too?

In order to set the record straight, I am not wrong in regards to our CPTG. We actually are setting the standard so much higher than EOBBD.  And since we have medical professionals in Europe (France) that use our oils exclusively that would validate our claims.

When doTerra decided to set their own standards they did so because the standards in existence did not meet where they were taking doTerra oils.  Even though we do not hear about everything doTerra is doing to create this standard we do know that from the very beginning they began working with AFNOR to have CPTG accepted as a high standard for medical use. And since we are in over 200 hospitals I would definitely say that our standards are acceptable.

And any doctor who would laugh at CPTG anywhere in the world is not one I would want to use. One of the most important things that doTerra is working on, is getting our medical university's to accept a semester of teaching doctors alternative health. Almost anywhere else in the world oils are used along with herbs and other natural healing techniques.

DoTerra is at the forefront of this and I personally feel blessed everyday for this wonderful opportunity.

Many oils including Doterra are CPTG (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade) oils but they are not held to the same standard as Oils that are EOBBD.  An oil company such as Doterra are not considered to be at the same level of medicinal quality because they do not meet these standards.  Ann oil company is CPTG is not at the same level as one that is EOBBD or they would have that on their label as it is a much higher standard.  So be careful!  So Pat Leavitt is incorrect.  For example, a doctor in France using essential oils medicinally would probably laugh at a CPTG oil vs a EOBBD oil.

Are DoTERRA oils, being CPTG, the same as being EOBBD (Essential Oils
Botanically and Biochemically Defined)? I have someone who is doing
foot zoning and wants her oils to have that quality? So she asked me
if DoTERRA oils are that? I told her that they sound like the same
thing but that I would check into it more.
