[Everything doTERRA] Re: Tick bite

My son was bitten about 3.5 weeks ago and the head was in him.  His head bothered him at the spot for awhile after the bite.   I have been nervous but did the internal oil protocol for about 2 weeks and then took 2 weeks off.  I was supposed to do the lemongrass / oregano on feet protocol for 2 weeks in between, but I forgot.

Now I back on the 2 weeks of internal oil protocol.

I am also on and off using a Chinese herb blend that my practitioner recommended but I keep forgetting that as well.  She said to use it until I felt the danger was over.  I can give you more info if you like.

RELATED QUESTION

I want to piggy-back on this question, since mine is related.  I removed a few ticks from my husband's back over 2 months ago.  (He was working outside rebuilding the deck on someone's home.)

He did NOT develop the bruising or bull's eye markings at any of the sites.  However, two of the bite locations still bother him from time to time with itching and/or pain and they look red and raised somewhat like a pimple (with no pustule/head).

Anyone have experience with this and tips on oils/protocol?

Any other thoughts of what I should do?

Thanks!
