You can sign her up, but you have to call doTERRA to do so. Until
doTERRA "opens" Mexico, they are unable to ship there. They can ship
her orders to you, and you will have to ship to her. Make sure you
double check about the customs, import taxes, etc so when she does
receive her orders she won't have to pay an outrageous import tax. :)
In some countries the person the package ships to can pay up to 200%
import tax on the value listed on the customs form. Just a bit of FYI!
