[Everything doTERRA] MAJOR leg cramps in all leg muscles after taking insulin

Can someone please tell me why I experience BAD cramps in both legs on both front and back sides?  It makes it difficult to sleep because I am in excruciating pain.  Lemongrass and peppermint work wonders but I don't want to have to use it every night.  *Heavy sigh* Please help!!
