I'm going to add that these are autoimmune diseases and the root cause of them is candida albicans overgrowth, so clearing that up would help as well. Eliminating sugar, red meat, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine (if used), and gluten from the diet are strongly recommended, as is doing a cleanse with our GX Assist and then using the PB Assist to rebuild a health digestive tract.
