Hi everyone,
I have some ideas on what oils to use but would really appreciate any
input.
I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease about 5 years ago and have been
doing surprisingly well the last few years (since i got involved with
doterra). Today I received confirmation that I have Rheumatoid
Arthritis as well. Which is actually one of the number one diseases to
accompany Crohn's...go figure.
I've been taking the supplements for a while and I definitely notice a
big difference if I happen to miss a day.
I'm a pretty avid oil user and use several oils daily aromatically,
internally, and topically. I'm usually using them constantly to be
honest :)
I know the Marjoram has helped the tendinitis in my elbows a great
deal so I plan to continue using this.
Is there anything else that you guys recommend? I saw somewhere that
Birch helps?
I appreciate any input/advice.
You guys are the best :)
Best wishes,
Melissa
