Re: [Everything doTERRA] regulating thyroid

Speaking of S&S, I've been rubbing it on my abdomen with coconut oil (just regular VCO since I don't have the fractionated stuff yet) and had a completely problem-free period.  This is quite miraculous because of the shape/structure of my womb.  I won't get too graphic here in the public forum but let's just say I'm pretty happy about it!  I didn't have any water retention either which is "normal" for me.

I have hypothryoid, and I use Slim and Sassy in my water all day long in addition to my herbal supplements and dietary protocol. It's helping tremendously with the low thyroid, but I don't know if it would help with one that fluctuates between hypo and hyper.

Perhaps Balance since it helps to bring the body into balance, but it would have to be topical for that one, most likely applied directly over the thyroid. Just a thought.

My mom has a thyroid that goes back and forth, she is in need of an

are there any other suggestions and how would you take it?  Internally
how many times a day, how many drops?
